Your First Visit

At Main Street Dental your new patient appointment will consist of digital X-rays (panoramic and bite wings) and a comprehensive oral evaluation by Dr. Messinger. We will also perform an oral cancer screening and perio probing of your gum tissue at no charge. When you first arrive at our office you will be asked to review, complete, and sign the new patient paperwork.

This paperwork will consist of the following:

* Medical History
* Main Street Dental’s Practice Policies
* Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act
* Parental Consent to Treatment (For Minors Only)

We do recommend a dental cleaning at your first new patient appointment. However, we do understand that you may be in pain or your schedule doesn’t allow for cleaning at the initial appointment. We recommend you discuss this with our appointment coordinator when you call to make your first initial appointment with us.
