Delta Dental Carriers
We are a Delta Dental Premium practice. Filing of the Delta Dental claim will be done by our office as a courtesy to you. We will estimate, as closely as possible, what your insurance will cover for your procedure. Please remember, while we are fairly accurate, this is just and estimate. Until we’ve received payment from Delta Dental we will not know the exact dollar amount that they will provide for. You may encounter a balance due to Main Street Dental after we’ve received payment from Delta Dental. Should this occur, we will notify and inform you of any outstanding balance.
Out of Network Carriers
Although we are not a party to the contractual arrangement with additional insurance companies, we do want to help you receive the maximum insurance payment to which you are entitled. Our patients without Delta Dental will be expected to pay at the time service is rendered by cash, credit card, or personal check. As a courtesy, we will electronically submit your dental claims to your insurance carrier and request that your insurance carrier send reimbursement payments directly to your home address. Should this method not suit your needs, we do offer monthly third party financing options.
